Banana Chai Protein Post-Workout Smoothie

A post-workout smoothie made in 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 bottle of Tuk Tuk Chai Flavoursome Masala Chai
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of vegan / whey protein

Method:

Blend all of the ingredients in a smoothie maker, adding protein powder if you want an extra post-workout boost.
