Banana Chai Protein Post-Workout Smoothie
A post-workout smoothie made in 2 minutes
- 1 banana
- 1 bottle of Tuk Tuk Chai Flavoursome Masala Chai
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Optional: 1 tbsp of vegan / whey protein
Blend all of the ingredients in a smoothie maker, adding protein powder if you want an extra post-workout boost.
