Cardamom Chai Porridge with Peach Compote, Honey and Granola

A delicious take on porridge for a satisfying breakfast

  • 1 bottle Tuk Tuk Chai Aromatic Cardamom Chai
  • 100g porridge oats
  • 2 peaches
  • Granola
  • Honey


  • Slice the peaches into thumb size pieces and heat over a medium temperature in a pan with a dash of water until soft. 
  • Meanwhile, in a separate pan add the porridge oats with infuse with the Tuk Tuk Chai Aromatic Cardamom Chai.
  • Stir until heated, adding a dash of water if the porridge becomes too thick.
  • Pour the porridge into a bowl, and top with the peaches, honey and granola.
