Cardamom Tea Cake

Deliciously moist cardamom tea cake

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cup of butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup of Tuk Tuk Chai Aromatic Cardamom Chai

Method:

  • Mix the egg and butter until soft
  • Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the egg/ suggar mixture
  • Add the egg and Tuk Tuk Chai
  • Beat well
  • Bake for 40 minutes in 180 degrees
  • Enjoy warm or cold!
