Cardamom Tea Cake
Deliciously moist cardamom tea cake
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1.5 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup of Tuk Tuk Chai Aromatic Cardamom Chai
Method:
- Mix the egg and butter until soft
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the egg/ suggar mixture
- Add the egg and Tuk Tuk Chai
- Beat well
- Bake for 40 minutes in 180 degrees
- Enjoy warm or cold!
