Chai-infused Cupcakes

The chai flavours add a little twist to delicious cupcakes

We recommend using Tuk Tuk Chai Flavoursome Masala Chai or Aromatic Cardamom Chai to really add fragrant flavours.

Ingredients

  • 120g flour
  • 130g sugar
  • 1.5 spoon baking powder
  • 35g salted butter
  • 125ml Tuk Tuk Chai
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and butter 
  • Then add the egg and Tuk Tuk Chai slowly
  • Beat until Tuk Tuk Chai is incorporated in the mixture
  • Spoon into cupcake cases and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes
