Chai-infused Cupcakes
The chai flavours add a little twist to delicious cupcakes
We recommend using Tuk Tuk Chai Flavoursome Masala Chai or Aromatic Cardamom Chai to really add fragrant flavours.
Ingredients
- 120g flour
- 130g sugar
- 1.5 spoon baking powder
- 35g salted butter
- 125ml Tuk Tuk Chai
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and butter
- Then add the egg and Tuk Tuk Chai slowly
- Beat until Tuk Tuk Chai is incorporated in the mixture
- Spoon into cupcake cases and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes
