Gingerbread Chai Latte

The taste of Christmas in a mug

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 Tuk Tuk Chai Aromatic Cardamom Chai
  • 1 shot espresso (optional)
  • Whipped cream

Method

  • In a bowl, mix together the spices and vanilla extract.
  • Heat the chai and coffee in a pan and then add to the spice mix.
  • Then add a shot of espresso if you wish.
  • Top with whipped cream, extra spices and serve with gingerbread biscuits! Festive!
