Protein Shake

This protein shake is ideal after a workout to spice things up a little!

You can use either of our flavoured Tuk Tuk Chai: Flavoursome Masala Chai, Authentic Original Chai or Aromatic Cardamom Chai.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of unflavoured/ vanilla protein powder
  • 150 ml Tuk Tuk Chai
  • 1 handful of ice

Method

  • In a blender, add icy Tuk Tuk Chai
  • Add one scoop of unflavoured or vanilla protein powder
  • Blend together with crushed ice
  • Finish off with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg
  • Enjoy!
