Protein Shake
This protein shake is ideal after a workout to spice things up a little!
You can use either of our flavoured Tuk Tuk Chai: Flavoursome Masala Chai, Authentic Original Chai or Aromatic Cardamom Chai.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of unflavoured/ vanilla protein powder
- 150 ml Tuk Tuk Chai
- 1 handful of ice
Method
- In a blender, add icy Tuk Tuk Chai
- Add one scoop of unflavoured or vanilla protein powder
- Blend together with crushed ice
- Finish off with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg
- Enjoy!
